With a perfect balance between sweet and sour flavors, Shirakabegura Daiginjo 35 is a sake made from the brewing of the famous Yamadanishiki rice 35% polished with Nada Miyamizu water, recognized for its purity. For over a century, Takara Shuzo company, famous for its mirin, shochu and sake productions, has been making all of its premium sakes in Nada (Hyogo) at the Shirakabegura brewery, which produces entirely by handcraft.
