Nishiki - NISHIKI RICE 20KG

Nishiki is a preium brand of Japanese rice. Famous for its tasty white rice specifically milled . To ensure the great flavour and texture of the ice, add a little more water than normally used for Japanese rice. The ratio is 1 cup rice to 1.3 cups water or you can adjust amount of water to suit your taste. Musenmai can also be washed and cooked as per the directions for standard Japanese rice.
